I was there one day at noon.
The place was almost empty, except for five or six old guys.
The bartender was very sweet and friendly, his name was "Lulu".
I stayed there less than an hour, but I liked it.
I guess the feeling of "old gay bar" was present. There was no attitude and it was a refreshing experience.

I like this place even when it's pretty empty.
