On Wednesday nite this is the place to be in H-town...no matter your age. Todiliscious is a bit much, but the bartenders, staff, and patrons make up for the obnoxious wanna-be blond singer(???) But do not get there before 10PM!

everything in this place is awesome: the staff, the drinks, the place, the pool and karaoke nights...
I'll definitely go back here!

This bar is clean, well decorated, and new. The location is new but the name has been around several years. It is 5 minutes from the heart of Montrose but worth the time away from the gay ghetto. Not a dance club but a nice, energetic bar for lounging. Good job! Its good to see that a bar can survive outside of the interior of Montrose.

Nice interior, nice crowd, but small space. Very lively and fun. It is worth the 3 minute drive from the Montrose strip!

For someone who hadn't step foot in this bar since it was in it's original location years ago, this was a much anticipated foray. And I must say the new location is even better than ever. This is defintely the place to be for "HHH" - Houston's Happy Hour. The wait staff of guys & gals gave excellent service and the crowd was simply awesome as well. This place is designed & decorated in the hippest of style, from the cool glass counter tiles to the oh so interesting diamond pattern, padded door...."for staff only"! The only thing that would be better is if this door lead to a private hangout for special people!!! ;-) Don't miss out on the "Hot" crowd here, you'll defintely regret it!!!!

The new location of Guava Lamp, I have to admit is much better than it's last location. Located in the corner of a strip center, the patrons are a mix of men and women, generally the preppy, collegiate, A&F crowd mixed with older professional gay men and women. There is only one bar in the place, but with quick service and a friendly staff. Semi circular booths run along the outside walls. There is a "lounge" with sofa and chairs located at the back of the bar along with a pool table. Flat screen televisions provide videos of all the top pop / dance music and add to the ultra modern decor.
If you like "Martini Bars", with a good size crowd of friendly people, I recommend you come here.
So, what do you say?
