Have you heard about Unión=Fuerza 2014? It’s a full-day gathering on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) issues in Latino/a communities that is part of the larger conference, Creating Change...the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force’s annual five-day conference.
Creating Change is the largest national conference on LGBT equality. This is the second year that a full-day Latino/a Institute is being organized.
The idea is to bring together diverse groups of LGBT Latinos/as and alllies from across the country to foster supportive relationships and build each others' capacity to advance LGBT Latino/a activism.
Please visit the Unión=Fuerza website: www.unionfuerza.org , where you can sign up as interested in participating. On that same form, you can let the organizers know you would be willing to share room or travel costs with someone. You can ask to be connected with others from your area that are also interested in attending. You can even ask to speak to someone about the whole thing.

Es una cumbre Latina sobre temas lésbico, gay, bisexual y transgénero (LGBT) que forma parte de una conferencia más grande llamada Creating Change....la conferencia anual de cinco-días del National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.
Creating Change es la conferencia más grande al nivel nacional sobre la igualdad LGBT. Este es el segundo año que se organiza un Instituto Latino.
Unión=Fuerza pretende reunir un grupo diverso de Latinos LGBT y aliados de através del país para apoyarnos unos a los otros y ampliar nuestra capacidad de avanzar el activismo Latino LGBT.
