Bobby, Terry and Peter, as a guest bartender, are offering three bar top seatings to replicate a Japanese cocktail experience for Anvil customers, which is just as much about service as it is the cocktails. They’ll break down block ice for service and use barware purchased in Japan both for making drinks and cocktail presentation. All three will be dressed for the occasion. Expect traditional Japanese towel service and music you’d find at a classic Japanese cocktail bar.
There are 18 seats per slot for this 90 minute reservation (4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm) and must be purchased in advance in person at Anvil. The $60 will include Japanese highballs, cocktails and a tasting of limited-allocation Japanese whiskies.
