LGBT Divorce & Breakup Seminar

This free seminar will discuss the divorce process in Texas and what one might expect if a divorce was needed. It will explain how real and personal property is classified and divided in a divorce, as well as how child custody disputes are handled. This seminar will also discuss pre and post nuptial agreements and how these agreement can be used to protect assets for one who is considering getting married. We will also discuss real property division both for married people getting divorced and for people who are NOT married but are breaking up. This seminar will actually cover how money and property are divided in Texas for people who are NOT married too. This seminar will also cover how to get a divorce if you went to another state to get married and live in Texas – as well as what to do if you can no longer find your spouse. We will also discuss how to get protective orders to stop abusive spouses. Lots will be covered.
