Todd Lowe was born on May 10, 1977 in Houston, Texas, USA. He is an actor, known for True Blood (2008), The Princess Diaries (2001) and Gilmore Girls (2000). He has starred in nearly 20 different plays, including "Three Cuckolds" (1995) "A Saga of Billy the Kid" (1997) and "Pot Mom" (2006). Similar to his character on Gilmore Girls, Todd Lowe plays in a band called Pilbilly Knights with childhood friend James Ellis Lane. He grew up in Humble, Texas and graduated from Kingwood High School, Kingwood, TX. He was a member of Esther's Follies, a musical revue in Austin, Texas.
