Saturn Returns follows Gustin Novak, a radiologist living in Grand Rapids, Michigan, at ages 28, 58 and 88. He is inextricably bound to the women in his life: at age 28, his wife, Loretta; at age 58 his daughter, Zephyr; and at age 88, his nurse, Suzanne.
