Above Average Neighborhood Gym

Trainers and professional bodybuilders have shaped the equipment acquisition and layout, so it well stocked and has what both starters and hardcore bodybuilders need. Less generous in cardio, small/tiny food/reception area, small/tiny locker area (bring a padlock) but somehow they all seem to work well together. My trainer brings me here to go through routines, rather than other gyms so they must know what they're doing. No towel service, no real amenities, "just the facts ma'am". Parking can be difficult at peak periods.

Read more reviews at GayCities Houston and see photos, maps and reviews of Houston Gym and other bars, hotels, events and restaurants
