Couture Jeans: Says It All
A Gay Shop designed primarily for 18-25 year old men. The usual mid-range labels - Dolce Gabbana for example - and no-name labels of an endless variety of wildly printed shirts first pioneered by Paul Smith and Etro around 1990-2000. Virtually nothing is leading-edge, and would be trendy if you have never been to a trendy clothing store - Rolo San Francisco comes to mind (mid-range), or any number of stores in the Meatpacking District of NYC. This store reminds me of a tired Barney's Coop. The big downer for the store is that there are no sizes, and therefore clearly the owners don't understand their market - Houston is not made of skinny men and according to Men's Fitness, Houston is the 10th fattest city in the country (10th annual survey). A shop, for men, that doesn't go above "L" in shirts, and really doesn't have sizes in swimsuits or jeans - forget it. Drive to Dallas - you'll have better luck with the same materials, or just bite the bullet and go to Saks or Nieman Marcus which have the same labels, same prices, but a full range of sizes for men which go to the gyms mentioned in this website.
