Fernando Cat Ramirez is and American artist, He was born in 1985 in Houston, Texas, and is a practicing artist in Houston, Texas.
Ramirez received a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in Art History , and Painting.
Ramirez makes Paintings,Drawings, Video,Digital images, performance, and is also a DJ - currently working on a mirco-subculture known as Moto-Gothic.
The densely populated scenes he creates often depict a character known as Mr. Low, a furry red -oval-like figure with white gloves, and black boots. He is responsible for guiding viewers through the mysterious realms.
He is currently an unrepresented artist
Ramirez will be displaying several new works that have only been on view in digital examples on his website
