I've met so many cool guys there!

If I wanted to dance, there are plenty of other places very nearby. Sometimes I like the slower pace of a club like 611.

I just went tonight and I thought it was great. I actually talked to people instead of shouting "Yeah? Uh huh? Okaaaay!". Don't get me wrong, I love South Beach because of it's bang but 611 is where you go to associate with the old and the new and actually have a conversation. Had a wonderful time, totally recommend.

Great drink prices. Lots of regulars. If some young twinks dont like this place they can take there $5.00 and go down to JR's. They wont be missed. This place wasnt voted one of the top 5 gay bars in Houston for no reason. I love the place and go all the time.Not a place to dance but a good place to talk and play pool.

This place is staffed by bartenders that apparently don't know much about the bar business. We waited about 15 mins for drinks and never got a nod to let us know whether we were being noticed or not. A simple wink or a smile would've let us know that we weren't invisible, but we didn't even get any eye contact from the help. The crowd was lame & we didn't even stay for a 2nd drink. Hey 611, you need to train your staff on the 411!!! ;-)
