Awesome food. Fast friendly service
Picked this place while we were in houston. Very inexpensive and high quality food. Crabcake app was amazing and entrees were even better. Service was well timed and fast wait staff very attentive
Circa 1984
In the future, we'll look back to 1984 developments of "gay restaurant" and begin to collect all sorts of thing - tacky lamps, decorative wooden molding, retrofitted verandas turned into rooms, restaurants with audible TV's, friendly waiters and waitresses out of "Queer as Folk" on a first-name basis, lots of alcohol before dinner, and above all, high-end diner food. Salads from your highschool cafeteria (Who knew there was that much Iceberg Lettuce!), standard items - Rack of Lamb, Chicken Piccata, Shrimp Scampi (god I loved Shrimp Scampi when I was 12 - I thought it was the height of sophistication in my brother-in-law's restaurant in Tuckahoe New York). Flash forward almost 30 years. I'm sure there is a fun crowd here for people watching, the same people that have come for the past 20 years. The kind of restaurant that is like a pair of old shoes. You take it from there depending on how you feel about that.
