Coyote Ugly in Montrose
I've been going to Bayou for years now and love it. It's the only bar in the gayborhood that has a full kitchen/menu for happy hour (ask for Thom) and then becomes a dance bar at night. They do different music and specials every day/night, so it all depends on what you like. Certainly, 50 cent fridays gets way crazy. Saturday nights are more me....the DJ spins all video and the staff really is cool. I see a mix of everybody there. BTW, I noticed they just put in a stripper pole - hot damn!

I can do without
This place use to be good! Now not so much. There are TONS of minors drinking which wouldnt be SUCH a big deal if they wouldnt get into fights all the time! Its gets PACKED on fridays and there is always at least 1 fight a night. Go for the cheap drinks skip the nasty bathroom and enjoy watching people get arrested. :)

A nice update to the aging Montrose scene. A friendly bar with awesome drink specials and a great variety of music....thanks for not playing the same beat all the time! I'm a regular now

this place is a total eyesore for the area. Drug dealers in and out, total underage drinking. Youve got to be pretty lame to even enjoy 2 minutes there, oh and the friendly 'andy dick look a like manager' is a crystal meth freak.... damn enjoy it while it last.. come on authorities.. get cracking with these crackers
