      Best Brunch in Houston
Service is superb and they have the best brunch I've seen in a long time anywhere . . . I'm a world traveler.

      Best restaurant in Town
Baba Yegas has been a favorite of mine for years now. Everything onthe menu here is good. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Great place for a date or to have dinner with friends. They have a great Sunday brunch as well. Definitely try this gem out.

Gay owned, great food, great service - A Must Go!
I love Baba Yega! The food is amazing; I haven't had a single food item there that I didn't love. Everything from breakfast to dinner is wonderful. The building is neat and clean, the service is always wonderful and the bar is enjoyable! Baba Yega is gay owned and very, very gay friendly. Absolutely love it! Don't miss it when in Houston!

      Diner, not a Restaurant
Food is enjoyable, but definitely "not great". Service is good, the atmosphere is enjoyable, but the food is a good match for any diner. Outdoors in front is nice if not for mosquitos in the summer evenings, and the central outdoor area is trailer-park quality decoration and ambience. Sunday brunch cafeteria style was appalling, a once-only experience.

Great food and really nice service. A very relaxed and slightly hip place; menu is mostly sandwiches and salads. A good choice when you're in the Montrose.

In or out...deep in the heart of Montrose
This remodeled old house has been expanded with casual inside dining, patio and outside deck areas. The food is very home prepared with emphisis on health. Service is great and that's why is has been here so long....right next door to the clubs and bars.
